Support is the key to your success and growth. With a nominal annual support fee you are entitled to both telephone support and software upgrades (releases). Telephone support will answer your questions and provide any assistance you need. Software upgrades are improvements to the software that you are already licensed for and are provided to you at no additional licensing charge.
