Randall Carlton and Associates was founded in 1983 with the objective of developing the best First Nations software on the market. For over 40 years, the company’s owner and software developer, Randy Hancock, has expanded Tribal Administration System to handle and manage the administration of every department of a First Nations organization.

Software upgrades, including new modules and functions, were created based on customer conversations. Essentially, Randy has spent a lifetime serving First Nations communities, offering genuine customer service and technical support, and providing a system that meets his client’s every need.
